Transgender Day of Remembrance | Support Meeting & Film “Mama Has a Mustache”

November 20 @ 7:00 pm 9:00 pm PST

We are moving our usual 4th Tuesday meeting to Sunday, Nov. 20, which is Transgender Day of Remembrance. It’s the day when we memorialize the transgender lives lost to transphobia and acknowledge the continued violence that trans people endure.

At the meeting we will also screen the animated short “Mama Has a Mustache,” a quirky documentary about gender and parenting, as seen through children’s eyes.

We’ll have time to discuss the film before moving to the support portion of the meeting. Families are welcome.

PFLAG Seattle provides much-needed support to LGBTQ+ people and their families in the Seattle community. Now, we’re proud to continue providing you trusted support, meeting you where you are—wherever you are.

To ensure our meeting space remains safe and private, we require everyone to sign-up for each meeting individually. Simply click the Register button and complete the form.

If you’ve attended our meetings before, please use the email address we have on record for you. You can also contact us with any questions.
