PFLAG loves movies – and the Seattle Lesbian & Gay Film Festival

Posted on

Come join us and PFLAG Bellevue (we’re co-sponsors) at the festival to watch “Family Ties Short Program” on Saturday, Oct. 19. The festival folks describe the film like this:

“When it comes to drama, families sure know how to dish it out. From coming out to planning weddings, the film ‘Family Ties Short Program’ shows families all have something in common: each other.”

Now in its 19th year, the festival is the largest event of its kind in the Pacific Northwest, showcasing the latest and greatest in queer film, from major motion picture premieres to independent work from emerging talents. The festival, which runs Oct. 9-19, provides unique opportunities for visiting and local filmmakers to engage with audiences and interact with over 10,000 attendees.

Bring your friends and family on Oct. 19 and stop by the PFLAG table to say hi.
